mywedding web page terms and conditions
By ordering a mywedding web page package, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Services
mywedding will provide its users with web page templates and content forms necessary
to create personal wedding web pages as described in this web site. mywedding will
host all content for the mywedding web page package chosen by its users for a specified
period of six months or twelve months from the date the web pages are purchased. The web pages will be removed after the expiry date, or
when the users request removal, whichever comes first. Users will have the option to extend the hosting period for their
mywedding web pages. mywedding
web pages can only be hosted by an authorised agent for mywedding.
mywedding reserves the right to amend the range of template designs available at
any time.
Prices
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 12.5%. Prices will
be charged according to the mywedding web page package selected as described in our
packages page on this website. Custom templates will be priced on application according to the work involved.
mywedding will provide a price to the users before commencing work on the custom
template. One round of changes to the template will be included in this price. Subsequent changes to the template will be charged at the
hourly rate of NZ$45 (forty-five New Zealand dollars) including GST, with a minimum charge of one hour.
Payment
Payment for all mywedding web page packages is made via PayPal using a credit card
and is converted to United States dollars at the current exchange rate. Payment for any custom template design must be made in full before
mywedding will commence customisation work.
Refunds
Pre designed templates mywedding offers a 7 day money back guarantee for
web page packages using a pre designed template. If users cancel their mywedding
web page package within 7 days of ordering it, they will receive a full refund to the credit card used to order the web page package.
Cancellations must be made by email to cancel@mywedding.co.nz
Custom templates If users request that work be stopped on a custom template within 7 days of ordering it, completed work will be
charged at the hourly rate of NZ $45 including GST (forty five New Zealand dollars), and the balance of payment received by
mywedding shall be refunded to the credit card used to order the web page package.
Cancellations must be made by email to cancel@mywedding.co.nz
Limitation of liability
mywedding is not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by the
users on their mywedding web pages. The users unconditionally guarantee that they
own copyright to all text, graphics and photographs included in their mywedding web
pages, or that they have permission from the rightful owner to use these items. mywedding
reserves the right to refuse to publish what it considers to be offensive or damaging information or photographs.
mywedding is not responsible for any delays in accessing its users'
mywedding web pages due to each visitor's internet service provider and
the status of the internet at the time of access.
Ownership
Users are assigned non-exclusive rights to use the web page templates. Any HTML, templates, graphics or other computer-related work
performed by mywedding in fulfilling this agreement shall remain the sole property
of mywedding. mywedding
retains the right to display custom templates in its portfolio as examples of its work.
Privacy
mywedding will not release, sell or advertise any personal information about its
users without their consent.
mywedding reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior
notice.
